Which is the best blinding for my scrapbook album - basics

When you going to make a scrapbook album first you need to select the kind of structure, I know everybody knows it, but not that all! that's the reason I'm going to share the kind of structure that you need (the photos in the plications there are not mine, but you can find more information below in the photo).

Accordion,
This structure is very simple only you need to attach one page in the front cover and the last to de back cover, the pages are folded like zigzag but when do I use? normally use for a simple album, only photos, and any structure.

Stack the Deck,
For this blinding you need to stack the structure in U shapes, you start from the center and add more pages in pairs, you stack another base with at least 1/2in. of each other. This blinding is not too strong and you need to paste each page to the cardstock to each side of the U shape as you can see in the photo from Laura Denison Design

Spine Blinding, This is the most common, blinding and is strong, to hold several page…
Altenew Academy Level 2

Let's start with the second level of the Altenew Academy, a few months ago I started this wonderful program where you can improve your paper crafting skills, learn the new technique and refresh the old ones.

Today I'm the only participant from Mexico, so I'm very proud to be the first one in my country.

You can see all my trajectory in my Instagram https://www.instagram.com/cardmakingmx/

Today I took the lesson, POLYCHROMATICS, it means a great variety of color palettes, so I decided to make my card with vellum blended with "distress Oxide Inks:" Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean, Wilted Violet, Candied Apple, Spiced Mermalade and Fossilized Amber.

For the cover of the card I used from Altenew "Spring Shower Cover Die"  and for the embellishment, the stamp "Built a flower - Gardenia"
My trick for add the cover to the Vellum card I used the "Xyron create a sticker" that is the only way that you don''t see through the vellum the adhesive.

To choose the color I took my pallet of Altenew dye ink colors and compare with the card, for this card I use "Warm Grey" set. To make a layering stamping for the Gardenia, and for the leaf, I used "Greenfields."

Finally, I add my Gardenia with foam squares to give dimension to the flower.

For the sentiment, I die-cutting a gardenia and stamp the sentiment aligned to the gardenia of the front.

I hope you enjoy as I this creative card and subscribe to my blog or follow me in Instagram @carmakingmx or Follow my blog with Bloglovin
